Local Thunder® Relocates Corporate Headquarters to New Portland, Maine Location
Move Will Accommodate Staff Growth

PORTLAND, Maine, March 20, 2007 — Local Thunder announced today that it has moved its Portland, Maine corporate headquarters to a larger facility within the city to accommodate an expected fifty percent increase in staff during the next year. The company, formerly located on Preble Street, is now operating from its new headquarters in the historic Hay Building at 594 Congress Street Congress Street in Portland.

"Choosing to stay in Portland was an easy decision given the City's commitment to cultivating a vibrant, healthy and business-friendly environment," says Jim Boutin, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Local Thunder. "We're thrilled to continue growing our business in a city that so successfully blends its unique historical and cultural synergy with a progressive, economic mindset. It makes Portland a great place to work and attracts top talent."

Local Thunder provides broadcast outlets and media groups with localized, turnkey solutions for extending their branding and advertising reach into the rapidly-growing, multi-billion dollar e-commerce arena. According to Boutin, the larger facility will enable Local Thunder to hire additional service and support professionals to meet the increased business demands and needs of its media affiliate partners and their advertisers.

"Traditional 'brick and mortar' businesses are directing a more significant portion of their budgets to Internet advertising to leverage the fast upward spiral of online commerce," says Boutin. "We want to be firmly positioned to help our station clients move their brands online quickly and cost-effectively and capture this explosive new source of revenue."
